Domestic orders are delivered within 2–7 working days. We process only one shipping address per order; for multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. The final amount at checkout includes all applicable charges.
If you wish to return an item, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is new, unused, and in saleable condition with original packaging. Items from LAST CHANCE and discounts of 60% or more are final sale and non-refundable. Shoes must have no scratches or marks, and accessories should include all original protective packaging.
Returns and exchanges will be processed only after our team verifies the condition of the returned items.
